Finn & Juice

In collaboration with Vikre Distillery and Cedar & Stone Sauna, we introduce Finn & Juice. In this cocktail (or mocktail), we combine Vikre's Boreal Cedar Gin, grapefruit juice, eucalyptus-mint syrup, saline, and Sauna Water’s Nordic Spruce. The result is where bitter and sweet dreams meet, allowing the nuanced flavors of the spirits to truly shine. Perfect for warm boat days or as a post-sauna relaxation sip, Finn & Juice embodies the essence of our northern landscape paired with a classic cocktail.

Vikre's Boreal Cedar Gin has become a bit of a cult favorite: non-traditional, creative, and bursting with the flavors of juniper berries, foraged staghorn sumac, and local black currants — along with baking spices like ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon — finishing with a kiss of cedarwood.

Finn & Juice Recipe:

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled glass and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

*To make your own syrup, combine 1/2 cup water, 1/2 cup sugar, 1 large sprig of mint, and 1 tsp. dried eucalyptus in a small pot. Bring to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove from heat and allow to cool to room temperature, then strain. Store refrigerated in an airtight container. Syrup will keep for 3 weeks.
