Scandi Flick

In collaboration with Vikre Distillery and Cedar & Stone Sauna, we introduce you to the Scandi Flick - a bold, juicy, tart, and deep red cocktail using Sauna Water's Forest Fields. Inspired by a Finnish cultural tradition most people don't think of: rally car racing. The Scandi Flick is a corner steering technique commonly used in the sport.

Of course, if you (like most of us) aren't racing cars, you can find an adrenaline rush from a super delicious cocktail instead. The Scandi Flick cocktail is inspired by the woodsy and floral flavors of Forest Fields, meshed with some other gorgeous flavors of winter - mainly orange, ginger, and cranberry. Think of this as the Nordic take on a cosmo.

Scandi Flick Recipe:

• 1 oz. Vikre Duluth Vodka (Mocktail: Sub Clean Co V Alcohol Free Vodka)

• 1/2 oz. Orange Liqueur

• 1/2 oz. Ginger Syrup

• 3/4 oz. Unsweetened Cranberry Juice

• 1/4 oz. Lime Juice

• 1 oz. Forest Fields Sauna Water

Combine all ingredients except the sauna water in an ice-filled shaker. Shake for about 8 seconds to chill and aerate. Strain into a large coupe or white wine glass. Top with the sauna water. Garnish with an orange twist.
