In partnership with Vikre Distillery, we'd like to introduce a nod to contrast mixology using Superior Coast Sauna Water. Enter, the Nordic tropics.

Made with aquavit, pineapple, lime cordial, and Superior Coast Sauna Water. Vikre's Øvrevann Aquavit (btw, Øvrevann is Norwegian for Lake Superior) is a go-to for starting any creative cocktail, and the aromatic coolness of the caraway in the aquavit pairs with the rest of these ingredients perfectly.

The result: a sweet and juicy foundation with layers of alpine herbs, spice, and a touch of lime cordial for that sweet-tart balance.

Whether you're actually relaxing with a sauna and swim on a gorgeous summer day, or simply fantasizing about it, having this cocktail in hand will crown the experience perfectly.

Sauna & Swim Recipe:

• 1.5 oz. Vikre Øvrevann Aquavit (Mocktail: Sub with Seedlip Garden 108)

• 2 oz. Pineapple Juice

• 3/4 oz. Lime Cordial (or 1/2 oz. each simple syrup and lime juice)

• 2–3 oz. Superior Coast Sauna Water

Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled glass and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wheel.
