Sauna & Swim
In partnership with Vikre Distillery and Cedar & Stone Sauna, we'd like to introduce a nod to some contrast mixology - enter, the Nordic tropics.
Made with aquavit, pineapple, lime cordial, and Superior Coast Sauna Water. Vikre's Øvrevann Aquavit (btw, Øvrevann is Norwegian for Lake Superior) is a go-to for starting any creative cocktail, and the aromatic coolness of the caraway in the aquavit pairs with the rest of these ingredients perfectly.
The result: a sweet and juicy foundation with layers of alpine herbs, spice, and a touch of lime cordial for that sweet-tart balance.
Whether you're actually relaxing with a sauna and swim on a gorgeous summer day, or simply fantasizing about it, having this cocktail in hand will crown the experience perfectly.
Sauna & Swim Recipe:
1.5 oz. Vikre Øvrevann Aquavit (Mocktail: Sub with Seedlip Garden 108)
2 oz. Pineapple Juice
3/4 oz. Lime Cordial (or 1/2 oz. each simple syrup and lime juice)
2–3 oz. Superior Coast Sauna Water
Combine all ingredients in an ice-filled glass and stir gently to combine. Garnish with a lime wheel.
